Cut 12 peppers in half remove seeds ( use gloves) set asideMix 8oz cream cheese,8oz shredded mozzarella ,1/4 c fresh cilantro chopped & 1/8 tsp salt fill each half of pepper with mixture bake 425* for 15 min & top with grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
