Apple Wedges with Cinnamon Cream

Ingredients
1 apple, cored and cut into wedges1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice1 cup nonfat sour cream3/4 cup nonfat cream cheese, softened2 teaspoons ground cinnamon2 teaspoons sugar substitute
Directions
1. Toss the apple wedges with the lemon juice. Whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar substitute. Microwave for 30 seconds.

To serve: Place the apple wedges on plates and top with the cinnamon cream, or dunk in the dip!

Though the book says that this makes 2 servings of dip, I usually have leftovers for more than that so feel free to halve the recipe if you'd like.
