Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients
1 ready to bake deep pie crust1 10oz package of frozen broccoli1 chopped red onion 2 cups of egg subsitute1tbsp of extra virgan olive oil1/2 cup fat free half & half
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350
Chop onion ( I used red onion) saute in olive oil
Steam Broccoli for about 15 minutes or less ( However
much crunch you like) Cool and set aside.
Mix egg sub with half & half & flour whip until well mixed . Add broccoli and onion.
Pour into deep pan pie crust to not over fill, set on a cooking sheet.
bake for 45min or untill knife comes out mostly clean
let sit 10-15 min before cutting.
