Jamaica Style Chicken

1 T olive oil1 onion chopped1/2 c frozen corn kernals1 red bell pepper chopped1 can black beans1 can diced tomatoes1/2 c pineapple chunks3 T chili poweder2 Chicken breasts cooked, chopped1 bottle jerk sauce6 cups white rice
Heat large skillet med-HI, add 1 T olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 c kernals, 1 chopped red bel pepper. cook until corn is thawed stirring often. Add 1 can black beans, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1/2 c pineapple, 3 T chili powder. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Meanwhile, add cooked chopped chicken to medium pan, pour in bottle of jerk sauce. Cook white or brown rice according to package.
Serve: 1 cup cooked rice on serving dish, 1/6 pan of veggies. 1/6 pan of chicken and sauce.
