Herb Crusted Baked chicken

Ingredients
3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt2 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp vegetable oil2 tsp maple syrup1 tsp dijon mustard1.5 pounds skinned chicken breast3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
In bowl blend yogurt with garlic, oil, maple syrup and mustard. Add the chicken, turning it to coat with the mixture. Let marinate in the fridge for 1hr. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a plate combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into crumb mixture, turning to coat each piece thickly. Transfer chicken to baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
