Frannie's Pantry Soup

Ingredients
garlic and onions sauteed in olive oil,add chopped potatoes, frozen/fresh kale, lentils, cubed tofu, can of rinsed garbanzos, can of rinsed Hominy (optional), 2 cubes Veggie Bouillon, and chopped tomatoes.
Directions
sautee garlics and onion in olive oil. dump in rest of ingredients, bring to slow boil, reduce and simmer till tomatoes break down.

tofu can be seasoned before hand (i like Bell's poultry seasoning).
