Skinny Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. baking potatoes peeled and slicedsalt and pepper to taste3/4 cup Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Directions
Arrange half the potatoes overlapping in an 8-inch square dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and half of the thyme. Repeat with remaining potatoes, salt, pepper and thyme. Pour chicken broth over.

Cook potatoes 35-40 minutes on 375.
