Mom's Tuna Casserole (7)

Ingredients
1 8 oz, enriched egg noodles1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup10.75 oz or 1 soup can 2% milk1 cup diced celery (you can substitute any veggie)1 can tuna in water-drained1 cup crushed tortilla chips4 oz. shredded cheesesalt and pepper to tasteCooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 decrees.

*Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water-cook 3 minutes less than time on package. (Noodles will finish cooking in the oven.)
*Drain noodles and put in bowl
*Lightly flake drained tuna & place in bowl.
*Put soup in tuna mixture
*Fill soup can with milk, pour milk in tuna mixture
*Put diced celery in tuna mixture
*Add salt & pepper to taste

Pour tuna mixture in an 8x8 or 9x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Lightly press mixture in pan.

Spread crunched tortilla chips on top of mixture, then spread shreaded cheese on top of the tortilla chips.

Bake in350 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and heated through.
