Southwestern Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
6 Bell Peppers, halved1 lb ground turkey, browned2 cups black beans2 cups frozen corn2 TB roughly chopped cilantroseason to taste: cumin, oregano, s&p, cayenne, garlic, etc. EVOOCheese
Directions
Rub bell pepper halves with EVOO (olive oil) and bake at 375 for 15-20 until skin blisters and the pepper has softened.

Mix meat, beans, corn and seasonings. Stuff into shells and top with cheese. Place under broiler until the cheese has melted.
