Thin pancake

Ingredients
1/4 c Skim Milk1/4 c Flour1 egg whiteOptional:1/4 tsp Salt1 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a bowl mix all ingredients. Add water(maybe 1/4 to 1/2 c) until a thin pancake batter is established.

Heat a non-stick fry pan,.Using a ladle spoon batter into middle of pan, then quickly spread out by holding the handle and swirling until the dough cover the bottom, when golden brown flip, golden brown , done.

Makes about 4 pancakes 4 inches in diameter.
**May fry in hot oil if desired but, that does up the calorie intake**
