Ingredients

    ##Popcorn, air-popped, 15 cup
    ##Margarine, hard, 1 stick
    ##Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    ##Light Corn Syrup, .25 cup
    ##Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    ##Salt, .5 tsp

Directions

1: Pop 3/4 cup popcorn *yields approx. 15 cups
2: melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in pan, simmer 5 minutes until edges bubble
3: remove pan from heat, add baking soda and stir, will double in size
4: in large roasting pan toss popcorn with sauce
5: bake for 1 hour at 200F stirring every 15 minutes.
