Strawberry Blender Ice Cream

2 C Crushed Ice, or 2.5 C regular cubes1/2 C skim milk4 TBSP sugar1 16 oz container strawberries, hulled and halved.Place all items into the blender, and blend until it is well mixed, and no large ice chunks.Pour into a container and place in freezer for 2 hours. 1/2 cup servingsCan use any fruit that you would like, just adjust the calories.A great way to use over ripe bananas=)
