1 Cups almond milk6oz lemon greek yogurt (100 calorie)3 tbl lemon juice .5 c water1/2
TSP baking soda1 and ¾ Bobs spelt flour2
egg whites, slightly beaten2
TBS splenda2
TSP baking powder(Protein Lemon Glaze)2tsp Lemon Juice or Lemon Extract2 tbs, 14g Vanilla Protein Powder (I use mhp2tsp Stevia2 tbsp + 2 tps Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk**For more lemon flavor, you can add 1-2 packets of True Lemon.**
Directions
1. Mix together all of the flour, splenda, baking powder, xanthan gum, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
2. In a different bowl, whip together the beaten egg, greek yogurt, lemon juice and almondmilk.
3. Add egg mixture all at once, not gradually, and mix together into a smooth batter.
4. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto a hot pammed griddle.
6. Cook on medium heat for 1 ½ minutes on each side A good indication that its time to flip is bubble around the edges of the batter.
