Chicken Curry with Squash

Ingredients
Onion raw, .5 cup, choppedGarlic, 3 clovesGinger Root, 2 TablespoonsGround tumeric, .5 tbspCurry powder, 2 tbspOlive Oil Pam (0.5g = 0.6sec spray), 2 servingChicken Broth or Bouillon, 4 cupMilk, 2%, .5 cupPotato, raw, 2 poundsCauliflower, raw, 1 poundSummer Squash, 1 mediumChicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 16 ounces
Directions
Cook onion garlic and ginger root in pam about 5 minutes. Stir in tumeric, curry and cook for 2 minutes. add broth and milk, bring to boil, and simmer 5 minutes. Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add vegetable and cook 15 minutes partially covered. Add chicken, season and cook until chicken white throughout, about 5 mintes.
