Cabbage Soup- Vegetarian

Ingredients
Cabbage - 1/2 Medium HeadCarrots - 1 cup choppedOnions - 2 cups - Chopped, grilledGarlic - 2 cloves - MincedPeas - 1/2 cup fresh or frozenTomatos - 2 Medium Tomatos - ChoppedBarley - 1 Cup CookedVegetable Broth - 3 cupsLemon Juice - 2 Tbl.Olive Oil - 1 Tbl.Salt/Pepper - 1 Tsp. ea.
Directions
Chop Cabbage into strips.
Quarter Tomatos, Peel & Slice carrots.
Add broth to crock pot, then add Cabbage, Carrots, Barley, Tomatos, Peas, Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper.
Stew ingredients on high.

Slice Onions, Mince 2 Cloves of Garlic - Brown in pan with Olive oil, then add to crock pot.

Cook entire pot for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Eat & Enjoy - salt & pepper to taste!
