Ingredients
300g new potatoes10g sun dried tomatoes2 tsp olive oil2 tsp lemon juice5 cherry tomatoes60 g pimentos4 black olivesbasil salt, pepper
Directions
cook potatoes until tender. Mix together sundried tomatoes olice oil lemon juice. drain potatoes and add to oil mix and toss. cool. then add halved tomatoes sliced olives, pimentoes and stir in add seanoning and basil to taste
