Non-Dairy Creamy Chipotle Dressing

Ingredients
12 oz plain coconut yogurt (I used two 6 oz containers of So Delicious Plain Coconut Yogurt, pictured below)4 oz olive oil4 tbsp. mayonnaise2 oz lemon juice2 oz apple cider vinegar1 - 2 oz almond milk (or coconut milk, or rice milk... I used 1 oz, but you might like it thinner.)1 tsp chipotle chili powder (watch it! This stuff is HOT! If you're not into spicy foods, try 1/2 tsp.)1 tsp granulated garlic or 3 cloves fresh garlic 1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender. Enjoy over your favorite salad!
