Ingredients
Tbsp Oil3 cloves GarlicLow sodium broth, Beef or Chicken , 8 cups (2 cartons)Canned Tomatoes, 3 cup Parsnips, 1.5 cup slices Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, choppedOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, dicedSweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, choppedSnap peas, 1. cup
Directions
Saute Onions & Minced garlic
Add remaining ingredients, spice & herbs to taste.
Simmer till just tender.
