Allison's Low Glycemic Index Granola

2 cups thick rolled oats2 cups oat flour1 cup of whole almonds (broken up to smaller pieces)1 cup of sunflower seeds ground into chunks1 cup pumpkin seeds ground into chunks1/4 cup chia seeds ground into flour2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp mace1 tsp salt1/4 butter3/4 canola oil1 cup coconut palm sugar1/3 cup water
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients together.
In small sauce pan mix butter, sugar and oil together until sugar incorporates. Add water.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix until coated.
Put on cookie sheet,
Cook for 20-30 minutes, turn once, until dry.
Cool and put in air tight container.
