Spaghetti Squash with turkey, homemade vodka sauce, peppers and onions

Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash1 package, 19 oz extra lean ground turkey1 bag, frozen peppers and onions1/2 jar, light ragu tomato and basil sauce.5 cup fat free plain greek yogurt2 cloves garlicitalian seasoning to taste
Directions
Cook spaghetti squash in oven, 350 for 45 minutes and shred.

Cook turkey over medium skillet with italian seasonings. Add to squash.

Cook peppers and onions over medium high heat. Add to squash.

Slowly heat sauce, yogurt and garlic over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over squash
