Strawberry/Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
8 oz Skim Milk3/4 cup Fresh or Frozen whole strawberries1 small banana (or 1/2 banana works)2 tsp Splenda or to taste (or use 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla pudding dry mix)
Directions
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and mix. If strawberries or banana aren't frozen, you may want to add ice to thicken and chill
