3 Chicken breasts, no skin2 large, raw potatoes1 can cream of chicken soup1 cup water1 cup mexican cheese or any cheese of your choice
Place chicken breasts in non-stick cooking pan or cake pan.
Slice potatoes and surround chicken with slices.
Add one can cream of chicken soup and one cup of water to mixture.
Sprinkle top of chicken and potatoes with mexican cheese or any cheese of your choice.
Place in oven at 425 degrees. Time will vary depending on chicken size and amount of potatoes added. Cook until chicken is done by cutting a slice through the middle of largest piece and when potatoes are tender.
Will serve a family of 3-4.
