High Protein Chocolate Blueberries Pancakes

1/3 cup oat flour 3 large egg whites1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1. Mixed egg whites, yogurt and vanilla extract.
2. Combined the dry ingredients together (oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda) and mix well into the wet ingredients. Add the blueberries and set aside for 5mins.
3. Using a nonstick pan, scoop 1/3 cup of the batter into the pan. Cook each side over medium heat for 2.5mins and flip over.
4. Top with your favourite sugar free chocolate sauce or maple syrup!
