Cookie Sheet Brownies

Ingredients
½ cup brown sugar½ cup oil300g silken tofu, pureed2 cups Hershey's chocolate syrup or Cocoa Syrup1 tbsp vanilla1 ½ cups flour¾ tsp salt½ cup crisp rice cereal, rolled oats or coconut
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a 10x15” cookie sheet with parchment.
In a food processor, puree the sugar, oil, tofu, syrup and vanilla.
Process in the flour, salt, and cereal (or coconut).
Spread in the pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes one 15x10x1 pan, 40 pieces
