Ingredients
I use frozen fruit so I dont have to use ice. Depending on the thickness you want for your smoothie you can add or subtract amount of milk used. We use coconut or almond milk because of lactose intolerance.
Directions
If you use fresh fresh instead of frozen you will need ice
