Pizza Dough (For 2 18" Pizzas - Thin Crust)

Ingredients
1.5 Cup Hot Water (not above 120 F)1 Tsp Sugar1 Tbsp Instant Yeast1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Cup Semolina1 Tsp Salt3 Cup White Flour (All-Purpose)
Directions
Mix first five ingredients for 30 sec.
Add half the flour with the salt and mix until incorporated.
Slowly add remaining flour until completely incorporated.
Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Cover with plastic and let sit in warm place (on top of oven) for 15-20 minutes (Prepare toppings)
Divide in two and roll out each on floured surface.
Top with pizza toppings.

Bake 12-13 minutes at 450 F one at a time.
