Quinoa Pilaf

Ingredients
Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl. oz.)Olive Oil, 0.50 tsp.Mrs. Dash, 1 tsp. (any flavor)Whole Grain Quinoa dry, 1 cupCarrots, 1/2 cup, dicedCelery, 1/2 cup, dicedOnions, 1/2 cup, dicedGarlic, 5 gloves, minced in garlic press
Directions
Dice all vegetables. Put water, oil, seasonings, vegetables, and quinoa in 3 quart saucepan. Cover and bring to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low (leave lid on). Simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender and clear. This makes 11 - 1/2 cup serving sizes.
