Healthy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 Pack Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19 oz 1/2 cup Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, uncooked1/2 cup Salsa, Southwest Salsa (Safeway Select brand)1/4 cup red onion diced small (optional)1 Egg fresh large egg1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in the order listed in large bowl with a wooden spoon. Have a plate ready for the patties and turn on your George Foreman grill. Shape the mixture into 9-10 balls and put them on the plate. When the grill is ready place the balls about 2-3 inches apart and grill them for 3-6 minutes. If you are unsure of whether they are cooked or not break one patty open and check to see if there's any pink left in the center. I can only cook up to 5 at a time on my grill, so be sure to clean up the residual juice that is left before putting the second batch on. If you don't it can burn and be more difficult to clean later.
