Bacon grease, 6 tsp Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water 4 cupsPotatoes, raw, 8 cup diced Chicken Base 2 TbspBacon Bits (Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits), 6 Tbsp Half and Half Cream, 1 cup Roasted Garlic Instant Potatoes, 8 serving Milk, 2%, 1 cup Cheddar cheese 1 Cup ShreddedBacon Bits (Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits), 6 Tbsp
Heat bacon grease. Saute onions and celery until softened. Add in Chicken Broth, water, potatoes, Chicken Base, and bacon bits. Cook on medium heat until the potatoes are tender. Add in Half and Half, Roasted Garlic instant potatoes, and milk. Garnish with bacon and cheddar cheese. Serve with warm home made bread.
