Spaghetti with Spinach, Garlic and Lemon

1 lb. spaghetti or angel hair pasta6 T. olive oil8 cloves garlic*, crushed or mincedzest of one lemon*juice of one lemon*10 oz bag of baby spinch(Tomatoes, parmesan, and/or roasted chicken if desired.)*1 clove garlic = 1/2 t. minced garlic, 1/8 t. garlic powder*1 t lemon zest = 1/2 t. lemon extract, 2 T lemon juice*1 lemon = 2-4 T lemon juice*zest of 1 lemon = 1 1/2 t. lemon extract or 6 T of lemon juice.
In skillet heat 6 T of olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic & cook for 10-12 minutes. Add lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook pasta as package directs. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Immediately add spinach and garlic lemon garlic oil and toss together. Mound on large platter and garnish w/ tomatoes, parmesan, and/or chicken if desired.
