Beef Cube Steak and Onion Gravy

Ingredients
2 3 oz. Beef cube teaks2 Tbsp Olive oil1/2 cup Flour1/2 small onion1 tspn salt (approx.)1 tspn pepper (approx.)1 tspn garlic (approx.)1 tspn parsley1 cup water
Directions
Season and flour the washed cube steaks. Add to a skillet with the olive oil on a low heat. Brown the steaks on both sides. Add sliced onions and 1 cup of water cover and let simmer for about 45 minutes or until fork tender. Serves two.
