Oatmeal Rhubarb Pie

Crust:1 c. flour1 c. oatmeal1/2 t. salt1/2 c. butter, melted1/2 c. SplendaFilling:3 c. diced rhubarb1 T. water1/2 t. cinnamon1/2 c. Splenda1 T. flour
Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press half into 9" pie pan.
Mix filling ingredients. Place in crust, sprinkling remaining oat mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min., or until brown.
