Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, .50 cup Parsley, 1 sprigs *Peaches, fresh, .50 cup slices *pomagranate - 1 whole, .25 serving *Cranberry juice cocktail, Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail, .50 cup Baby Carrots, raw, 4 medium Banana, fresh, .50 cup, mashed Apples, fresh, .50 cup, quartered or chopped
Directions
place into blender or food processor and blend til smooth then drink
