Kadhai Paneer In ghee without Masala (1srv=0.5cup)

Ingredients
ghee (1 Tbsp. = 15 ml), 1.5 serving Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) *Capsicum (1serving=1large=1cup), 1.4 serving *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) CHEESE cottage cheese, harris teeter, 1.5 cup
Directions
Except ghee, cut all the ingredients in long thin stripes.

Saute cheese stripes in ghee. Keep Aside.

Heat Ghee. Add Onions, Once brown add potatoes, once half done, add peppers green and yellow, once half done, add tomatoes. Let cook till tender. Add Salt.
