Healthy Nut and Fruit Brittle

1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup chopped pecans1 cup chopped cashews1 cup sesame seeds1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds1 cup roasted sunflower seeds1 cup dried craisins/any dried fruit1/4 cup molasses1/8 cup honey1 tsp cinnamon1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
Preheat over 350 degrees.
Combine nuts, seeds, dried fruit, in a large bowl and mix well. Add honey, molasses and spices mix well.
Lightly spray cookie sheet and spread mixture evenly over cookie sheet.
Bake 15 mins. Let brittle cool, then break into small pieces.
Store in an airtight bag.
Serving Size: Makes about 16 1/2-cup servings
