* *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1.5 cup (remove) * Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup, 4 cup (remove) * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Herb Ox beef bullion, 2 serving (remove) * Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove) * Zucchini, baby, 3 medium (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 4 clove (remove) * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 2.5 cup (remove) * smoked sausage bar s brand serv = 2 oz, 8 serving (remove)1 tb of extra virgin olive oil
heat the oil
saute the onions, sausage (cut up into cubes), and garlic (minced).
Then add all other vegetables cut up
saute together until cabbage starts to wilt and zucchini begins to look cooked
add broth, water,and bullion
bring back up to a boil
add rice
let simmer until rice is done
