1 lb. stew meat3 tbsp worchestershire sauce1 tbsp seasoned salt1 tbsp black pepper3tbsp flour5 medium potatoes1/4 cup milk2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter spread2 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the stew meat, worchestershire sauce, 1 tbsp garlic powder, seasoned salt and black pepper. Let marinate for about 1 and 1/2 hours. During this time, go ahead and dice the potatoes. In a large skillet, pan fry the meat in the marinade. Then boil the potatoes until soft. Once the meat is done, remove it from the pan, but leave the sauce. Add the flour, 1/8 cup of milk, and some water to make the gravy. Once the potatoes have softened, drain the water and them mash them. Add the butter, the rest of the milk, and the rest of the garlic powder to the potatoes and mix well. Serve the meat and gravy over the potatoes.
