2 oz. cooked and diced chicken breast2 c. Romaine Lettuce clean and torn into bite sizes1/2 c. diced apples with skin on1 tbsp. onions diced1 celery stalk diced into bite size1 tbsp. almonds sliced2 tbsp. Walden Farms Honey Dijon Dressing Calorie Free
Dice all the ingredients except the almonds which you can buy sliced. Put into large serving bowl and toss with 2 tbsp. of any flavor Walden Farms Dressing which is calorie free, sugar free, fat free, carbohydrate free, and cholesterol free for the 2 tbsp.
