1 lb. Ground Beef1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon olive oilonion (1 small)garlic (1 clove)Progresso recipe starters cooking sauce fire roasted tomato (1 can) or crushed tomatoes (1 large can)1 large potato peeled3 large carrots peeledcan of navy beans (or any other bean desired)1 cup corn (frozen)1 cup peas (frozed)bay leafseasoned salt or any other spice desiredwater or beef brouth
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; add tomatoes and spices wanted for taste. When this comes to a boil, add carrots cut in large slices and the potato cut in similar large slices. When it comes to a boil again add navy beans (canned) and frozen corn and peas. Add water as needed for desired consistency. Will most likely need a generous amount of salt and pepper.
