4 C flour1 lg. egg1 1/2 C. butter flavor crisco, chilled2 tsp. salt2 TBSP sugar1/2 C. ice water1 TBSP cider vinegar
Cut crisco into flour with a pastry cutter till like coarse meal, add salt and sugar and blend, beat egg, add the water and vinegar to the egg and mix into the flour till well blended. This dough will not get tough from working too much.
