Banana Apple protein pancakes

Ingredients
Directions
1 - Small apple chopped1 - banana1 - packet of instant oatmeal or 2 oz. of regular oatmeal cooked.1 - tsp of olive oil2 - large eggs1 - dash of salt
Combine the eggs, banana, oil, salt and chopped apple to a food processor and blend until smooth.
If using instant oatmeal, add the packet to the food processor or if using regular oatmeal cook it in the microwave for a minute or so then add to the food processor.
Blend in the oatmeal until smooth.
Use low-medium heat in a non-stick pan or griddle and cook until golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 4 pancakes (approximately 4" in diameter).
