3/4 bottle Jack Daniels Original BBQ sauce3/4 cup water1 cup onion, slivered 1.8lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts Slow cooker
Chop onion into long, thin slivers and add to slow cooker.
Cut chicken breasts in half to make them a little thinner and add to slow cooker.
Pour 3/4 bottle of the BBQ sauce of your choice over the breasts.
Add 3/4 cup of water to pot to keep meat moist.
Allow to cook for 6-8 hours, depending on the time you have.
Serve over a bun or on a salad when done! (bun not in calorie count)
