Peanut Butter 'n Banana French Toast

Ingredients
1/2 cup Natural Penut Butter1/2 cup Non-Fat Milk1 tbsp Honey4 eggs (beaten)8 slices Whole Wheat Toast2 small Bananas (sliced)
Directions
In a medium microwavable bowl, combine peanut butter, milk, and honey. Microwave on HIGH for 30 - 45 seconds, whisking until smooth. Mix in eggs.

Dip bread in egg mixture to coat and place in a greased 9-inch round pie plate or square glass baking dish, fitting snugly to cover bottom of dish. Scatter banana slices over bread. Add another layer of dipped bread.

Chill at least one hour (or overnight). Bake at 375 for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden and set.

Cut into wedges and serve warm with a sprinkling of Cinnamon or honey drizzled over top.
