Chicken Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients
350 gr packaged mushroom stir-fry vegetables2 chicken breast filletssteak saucesoy sauce
Directions
Slice chicken fillets into bite-size pieces. In a 9-inch fry pan, add enough water to just cover the bottom of the pan and add chicken pieces. Saute for 5 minutes, then add the packaged vegetables and saute for a further 5 minutes. Drain any excess water, add soy sauce and steak sauce. Serve over rice. Makes two servings.

Note: This recipe specifies UK brands, but any pre-prepared packaged chinese vegetables will do, so long as they contribute an equivalent amount of calories.
