14 oz Tofu, Firm6 oz Cheddar Cheese, 6 oz (remove)2 - 10oz Spinach, frozen2 tbsp Soy Sauce1 medium Onions3 tsp minced Garlic1 Frozen Pie crust 2 tbsp Olive Oil2 tsp Black Pepper
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Cook and drain frozen spinach according to package directions. Blend tofu and soy sauce in blender. Combine all ingredients and 4 ounce of cheese. Spread evenly into frozen premade pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
