Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/3 C Shortening2/3 C Sugar2 Eggs3 Bananas1 t Vanilla1 3/4 C Flour1/2 t Salt1/2 t Baking Soda1 1/4 t Baking Powder1 package Chocolate Chips
Directions
1. Spray pan with non-stick spray & pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Blend shortening and sugar, add eggs and beat well.
3. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with mashed bananas.
4. Add vanilla and chocolate chips and fold in gently.
5. Bake for 55-60 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 1 loaf of 16 servings.
