Seafood Curry

Ingredients
Thai curry paste, grape seed oil, coconut milk, coconut cream, carrots, potatoes, fish sauce, cream dory, shrimp, red tomatoes, chicken broth, wateroptional: finger chili, squid
Directions
1. Fry curry paste in oil for one minute on medium heat
2. Turn down the heat and add coconut cream and/or milk
3. Put in carrots, potatoes and tomatoes
4. (Optional) Add a de-seeded finger chili
5. Simmer for 20 minutes
6. Stir in fish sauce, chicken broth and water
7. Add fish and shrimp
8. (Optional) Add squid
