crockpot New England Boiled Dinner - Corned Beef, Cabbage, Turnip, Onion, Carrot!

Ingredients
3 +/- lb corned beef3 carrots (in 2 inch pieces)4 potatoes (in chunks)1/2 head cabbage (2 quarters)1 onion (quartered, but leave the bottom connected if desired to hold it together)2 Cups cubed Turnipwater to cover
Directions
place brisket and juices from package in crockpot.
add water to cover
run on high until steaming, then low for 2-3 hours
lift out meat (skim off spoodge if there is any)
put cut veg into crockpot. add meat back on top
cook another 1-2 hours on low or high depending on your time allowance (longer on low temp, shorter on high)
