Refrigerator Cake

Ingredients
1 box of Graham Crackers (low fat, or honey)1 box of Sugar free fat free pudding (any flavor )I like chocolate or White chocolateI container of Cool Whip (any kind)Fat Free Milk or Substituteplate that you can cover
Directions
Break the planks into squares (crackers) . Make the pudding using 1/2 the milk required, then fold in the cool whip. GLOB (technical term) a spoonful of mixture on the square and push another square against it. stand these on the side so that they are straight up. You are going to make a loaf. COntinue until you have a nice loaf shape. Use remaining pudding mixture to "ice the cake" . Cover and refreigerate over night.
Uncover and slice into slices across the loaf .
