Whole Wheat Applesauce Banana Muffins

Ingredients
4-6 overripe bananas1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup coconut oil2 tbsp molasses2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp salt1/2 tsp nutmegpinch of cloves
Directions
Mix the first five ingredients. Sift all the dry ingredients together and fold into the banana mixture. Spoon equal amounts into a standard size muffin tin. The batter should be fairly thick. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes then remove to a wire rack for cooling.
